One violation is in process of getting dismissed completely by the D.A., and I have a real hope that the other one will be also. If anything ever happened again, I would call HBO first. Our experience with HBO has been more than satisfactory. We trusted their knowledge and experience every step of the way. It was a difficult time for us, but Mr Bellin took all of the stress of paperwork and making the right decision away. The insurance company was being difficult and uncooperative, telling us something different with each call. It was all getting confusing. Rob just took over and knew exactly what needed to be done. I can’t imagine having to navigate it all without him. We trusted him and he did what was best for everyone.

I can not thank Jeff Oswald and Amy Alexander enough for the comfort and ease I felt while facing my 3rd OWI. My previous 2 are from 20+ years ago, so I was new to the game all over. Being terrified does not explain enough how I felt the first few days after it happened, I then met with Jeff and felt so much better, it was a great feeling to know I had someone to help me through the nightmare. Both Jeff and Amy were right there when I had questions, and I had a lot of them, no matter what time of day, they were there to answer them.
