Meet Our Staff

Amy Alexander

Office Manager

Amy graduated from Fox Valley Technical College with a Legal Secretary Associate Degree in 1992 and began working in private practice for five years (primarily with Attorney Hammett at a different firm). She then worked as a judicial assistant for Judge William Griesbach in Brown County for approximately 2 years. Thereafter, she, along with William Hammett, Robert Bellin and Jeffrey Oswald joined forces to begin Hammett, Bellin & Oswald, LLC in 1997.

Amy has been the office manager since 1997 in addition to the assistant for Attorney Jeffrey Oswald and Attorney Amy Menzel. Amy’s number one priority is to provide excellent client service through effective communication with our clients.

Amy enjoys spending time with her family, going to sporting events, snowmobiling, and reading.

Tracey Schneider

Paralegal
Tracey graduated from Fox Valley Technical College with a Legal Secretary Associate Degree in 1992.

She has since worked primarily in private practice with attorneys specializing in family law and general practice. She joined the law firm in 2021 with 30 years’ experience in the legal field and many connections throughout the Fox Valley. Tracey is dedicated to assisting our family law clients with difficult situations that arise throughout the process. She brings an upbeat attitude to work daily and is a valuable member to our team.

Tracey enjoys boating, getting together with family and friends, playing corn hole/bag toss and bingo.

Katie Gimenez

Legal Assistant

Katie graduated from Appleton West High School and then received her Associate Degree from Fox Valley Technical College. She has been with the law firm since 2015 and mainly works on personal injury cases. Katie resides in Appleton and is an extrovert who is never without her family, friends, or animals.

Miranda Rudie

Miranda graduated from Fox Valley Technical College with an Administrative Professional Associate Degree in 2012. She worked at Hammett, Bellin & Oswald, LLC for several years after her graduation and then worked in the health care industry. She is now back with Hammett, Bellin & Oswald, LLC and primarily focuses on personal injury cases, civil litigation and family law cases.
Miranda enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, spoiling her fur babies, shopping, and reading.
